Fairfax Board Approves 20-Acre Tysons Development
Cityline Partners will bring 2.6 million square feet of new space to Westpark Drive.
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved Tuesday Cityline Partners’ plans for approximately 20 acres of redevelopment in Tysons. Cityline’s development, “Arbor Row,” will bring 2.6 million square feet of development to Westpark Drive, within a half-mile of the Tysons Corner Metro Station. “I am pleased that Cityline’s redevelopment plans are moving forward,” Chairman Sharon Bulova said. “Not only does the project promote connectivity and accessibility as well as provide a number of community amenities to the area, but it also represents significant progress in realizing the vision of Tysons that was set forth by the Board two years ago.” The development comprises 1.1 million square feet of office space and three …
