Crime Report: Items Reported Stolen from Tysons Corner Businesses

Burglary
Jewelry, personal property, and cash were reported stolen from a McLean home on September 20. Forced entry was made through the home’s door on the 7300 block of Dartford Drive, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.
 
Burglary
A resident reported confronting an intruder that broke into their home on September 23 on the 900 block of Mackall Avenue in McLean. A description of the burglar was unavailable.
 
Robbery
A 41-year-old woman reported that a man snatched her purse while she was walking at 8:35 a.m. on September 23 on the 7500 block of Leesburg Pike in McLean. The robber was described as  being in his 20s and about 6 feet tall.

6500 block of Georgetown Pike, cell phone from school
7900 block of Jones Branch Drive, electronic device from business
8300 block of Leesburg Pike, cell phone from business
8600 block of Pepperdine Drive, camera from residence
1200 block of Perry William Drive, checks from residence
2200 block of Pimmit Run Lane, laptop bag and passport from business
8000 block of Tysons Corner Center, cell phone from business
