THE EZRA COMPANY APPOINTS GARY GLATTER, LONG-TIME BROKER, ATTORNEY AND ENTREPRENEUR, A SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT IN ITS NORTHERN VIRGINIA OFFICE

February 5, 2014 (Washington, D.C.) – The Washington, D.C.-based Ezra Company, one of the leading commercial real estate firms in the nation that exclusively represents tenants, announces today that it has named Gary Glatter senior vice president in the company’s Tysons Corner office.

Mr. Glatter, who specializes in providing corporate real estate services to a wide variety of businesses and organizations, has more than three decades of experience encompassing all aspects of the industry, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, development, financing and portfolio management.

Mr. Glatter brings a unique perspective and depth of experience to his local and national clients, as he was previously a practicing real estate attorney, the CEO of a real estate development and management company, and he also led two companies through initial public offerings as their CEO and president.

Mr. Glatter has completed significant transactions for a wide range of clients in such sectors as health care, law, manufacturing and distribution, professional services and technology.

Among these clients are APS Healthcare (300,000 square feet); Danaher (3 million square feet); Home Depot (500,000 square feet); the N.E.W. Customer Service Companies (400,000 square feet); and USinternetworking (300,000 square feet).

A native of New York, he earned a BBA in public accounting from Hofstra University, and a JD from Albany Law School.
