The custom t-shirt company was ranked eighth out of 25 medium-sized workplaces on the Great Place to Work list.
The company was profiled due to employee perks like weekly meals, parties, tuition reimbursement, and an informal dress code, according to the list.

The list is compiled through a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute. The results will be published in Fortune Magazine’s October 17th issue.
