The America Eats Tavern, a product of chef and restaurateur Jose Andres, is on track to open this winter.
The tavern will open at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner on 1700 Tysons Boulevard.
“We are excited to be a part of the evolution of Tysons and see it become a dynamic urban center for Washington,” Jose Andres stated in a press release.
The ThinkFoodGroup, an umbrella organization for Andres’ restaurants, made the announcement about the restaurant in June. Andres is also the chef behind Spanish tapas restaurant Jaleo.
Restaurant representatives still do not have an official opening date.
The tavern will offer American classics will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
