Coming Soon to Tysons: 50 Kinds of Rum, Latin Food

Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar opens next year.

A Latin restaurant that will serve a collection of over 50 different kinds of rum has plans to open in Tysons Corner next year.

Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar is opening up a location at Leesburg Pike and Old Gallows Road in the spring.

The restaurant will serve dishes from Cuba and Central and South America including Cuban-style ropa vieja, plantains, and croquetas, according to a press release from the company.

Guests can also order rum flights and tasting-size pours.

The 185-seat restaurant will also offer brunch, happy hour, and other specials. They currently have four locations nationwide, including one in Annapolis and another in Rockville, Md.
